Your area of work
The professorship represents the field of organization and digital transformation in the faculty's Bachelor's and Master's degree
programs.  Applicants will teach courses in German and English and support us in the internationalization of the degree courses. With research activities, applicants will strengthen the profile of the faculty and actively acquire third-party funding. Applicants will be actively involved in self-administration and be prepared to take on responsibility.
Your profile
Applicants have a doctorate, preferably in economics or business with above-average grades and at least five years of relevant professional experience in Germany and ideally also abroad, including at least three years outside the university. During this time, applicants have developed and applied solutions in the field of ‘Organization and Digital
Transformation’. Applicants have designed, implemented and/or managed corresponding projects for the (re)design and change of organizational structures in companies, ideally in a management role. Preferrably, applicants have also worked in the aforementioned area academically, either in research or transfer projects. This includes both classic
organizational concepts and their current further development.

Ideally, applicants have already gained experience in teaching and are able to align their thinking and actions towards the long-term goals of the university as well as the ability to reliably develop solutions together with colleagues.
