Your area of work
The successful candidate will represent the field of Work and Organizational Psychology with a focus on transformation and project management in both the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs of the faculty. The successful candidate will conduct courses in both German and English. Through research activities, the successful candidate will strengthen the profile of the faculty and actively acquire third-party funding. They will actively participate in academic self-administration and be willing to assume responsibilities in this area.
 
Your profile
The successful candidate will hold a university degree (preferably in psychology) a doctorate, and several years of relevant professional experience outside academia. Throughout the successful candidate’s scientific and professional career, they have addressed issues in work and organizational psychology and can demonstrate experience in managing transformation as well as projects.

Ideally, they have already gained teaching experience. The successful candidate possess the ability to align their thinking and actions with the long-term objectives of the university and the capability to reliably develop interdisciplinary and collaborative solutions.
